Adventure Camp Counselors in Training (CITs) play an essential role in creating a memorable experience for campers in kindergarten through 5th grade. Each CIT is paired with a small group of campers, mentoring, supporting, and leading by example through the camp’s fun and engaging activities. Daily one-hour meetings focus on building leadership skills like effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive attitude, helping CITs grow both personally and professionally.
